Shrimp chop suey, noodles and Asian vegetables

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix. 

  • In a pot of boiling water, cook the Haiku Rice noodles for 3 minutes. Drain. 

  • In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil on medium heat. Cook shrimps for 1 minute on each side. 

  • Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Cook for one 1 minute. 

  • Add Haiku mixed Asian vegetables and cook for one more minute. 

  • Add sauce and bring to a boil while stirring. 

  • Before serving, garnish with coriander, green onions and sesame seeds.
