Étapes de préparation

  • Heat the canola oil over medium heat in a pan. Fry the onion for 1 to 2 minutes. 

  • Add the rest of the ingredients for the broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat. 

  • At the same time, cook the Haiku Asian noodles according to package directions. 

  • Slice the beef into thin strips of approximately 0,5 cm (1/4 in.) thick. 

  • Filter the broth by pouring it through a fine sieve over a bowl, then pour it back into the pan. Bring the broth back to a boil. 

  • Divide the noodles, beef strips, bean sprouts, baby spinach and green onion into the four bowls. Cover with the hot broth and serve with a lime quarter.
